Although rare, fatality rate is 99% so in Kyle's memory, we are dedicated to spreading the awareness of this horrible amoeba so others can be armed with the information and will have a choice.

The Kyle Lewis Amoeba Awareness Foundation has been established to inform families of the potential danger of Naegleria Fowleri. Through education and awareness, our HOPE is to save lives and heartache for other families.

Our K5L played ball since he was 3...he was everything from second baseman, to pitcher, a golden glove, to Mini Kinsler...and even a grass picker from time to time. Kyle loved baseball and in his memory, we'll play some ball and spread the awareness of Naegleria Fowleri so other families know how to protect their loved ones from this devastating amoeba.
